A Rainbow Journey 2 Sleep is a meditation audio especially designed to help achieve a “deep sleep”. Although everyone would receive benefit from its use, it is especially beneficial for any person having their normal sleep patterns (Circadian rhythm) thrown out of balance due to outside influences, such as … travelers changing time zones, parents of new-born babies, or a person switching from a day job to night shift or vice versus.
