I truly love watching people succeed.  It is inspiring, exciting, fun, and fullfilling.  This particular posting I want to use a particular individual that has created a great deal of success in San Diego, and his current successes are just the peak of the iceberg.    Here is what I want you to get out of this success coaching session:

Let’s get right into it. The individual I’m talking about is Shawn Torgerson, founder and owner of DanceFor2.com, a wonderful dance studio in San Diego that is geared for anyone that wants to feel comfortable learning to dance.  I’ve had the great pleasure of taking some classes at his current studio and have attended his fun Dance Showcases. Being of service through his passion of dancing has had the result I keep talking about in any coaching that I do…the success will follow.  At this point the studio has outgrown its current success and it is headed to a much bigger location in San Diego.  His current studio has been voted one of the best dance studios in San Diego, and class sizes continue to increase.  If you have attended DanceFor2 in the past, then you know what I’m talking about (and remember to vote again this year).  How has he attained such success?  Here are three major ingredients:

1. DanceFor2 has focused on being of service.
2. Shawn Torgerson has focused his livelihood around something he loves to do and share.
3. Committed to taking action.

• Join their newsletter, receive the benefits they share with you via email, and use a similar model in your business.
• Notice how he keeps his visitors informed and involved in the growth of the business, this creates a sense of family and loyalty.
• Not to mention the powerful use of the website to help search engine visibility.

There is so much more I can go into, but I would probably overwhelm the reader if I wrote everything that this company is doing right.  I trust that these quick points will support you in the growth of your business.
