Running a business has required me to create binding agreements and contracts with frequency. Having a lawyer on call has not been the most cost effective way for me to get my needs met. So I started to find other methods of acquiring legal contract writing support. One very useful and simple resource has been the Legal Depot, which has a great system of creating your own legal documents that were written by lawyers. I have used it and it has been of great support. It may not deal with very complicated legal documents, however, the fairly standard legal drafts are pretty much covered.
