Quick and simple reference to help you stay healthy


Over the years I’ve had many different resources to help me keep myself and my family healthy.  These resources include books, CDs, videos, internet, and journals.  Though I love these great resources, I didn’t have them easily accessible in or in a way I can reference quickly.

I did come across a handout that is quite handy for referencing the function of many herbs and supplements.  I share this with you in a simple format that I trust will be easy to use.
