Success Coaching: The most effective way to grow your business

The single most effective way to grow your business is truly very simple. It is so simple that many businesses and entrepreneurs forget how powerful it truly is. It is very easy to get lost in all the “I gotta do…” or the “How much will I get for…?” of a business, and forget the most basic foundation success.

The most basic foundation of success is TO BE OF SERVICE. Plain and simple, every business that truly focuses its efforts on being of service and bringing value to others is a successful business. In order for your business to grow you’ve got focus on being of service by creating value for anyone that interacts with your business.

Here are a few questions to help you create more value in your business:

  • What are the main problems your business can solve for others?
  • What makes your business uniquely valuable for clients?
  • What are you doing to go above and beyond what is expected of you?
  • Are you truly coming from your heart and giving what is best for your clients?

As you may know, I have a beautiful two year old son, and I often find myself asking the question “Is what I’m sharing with this client/prospect/individual something I would be sharing with my son if he were in the same situation”. If the answer is yes, then I move forward. If it is no, then I re-evaluate and change what I’m doing.
