Success Marketing - Give them what they want and we all win

Are you interested in a simple way to grow your business and attract the right kind of client?  If so I’ll share these simple steps that creates a win-win situation for your prospective client, for you as a business, and for you to create more time for yourself.  How?  Read on…

First and foremost is understanding what your audience wants and needs.  If you don’t know how to do that, read the article “Who is searching what?” to help you determine some of these keys.  At this point I am assuming you’ve done your research.

Second, is to give them what they want and make it simple. A simple way is to give them a free gift that is of value to them and it meets their needs.  This is where they have an opportunity to get to know you, trust you, and possibly even like what you are offering.  An example I’ve used is to offer a “Free Year Of Success Coaching“.  They key is that you gift something that you know is of tremendous value to them and that they can experience this tremendous value.  I tend to share powerful information that has been of great value to me and many times has cost me a great deal of investment of time, money and resources.  Why would I do this?  It is becauase I want you to know that I am willing to give you my all, and that when you get something from me, you can trust that it can be of service to you.  This is much different from just putting something out there to “hook” people in.  Your prospective clients are smart and getting smarter as technology grows.  So, even if you do “hook” them, it will become quite transparent to them very quickly.  Thus,  truly focus on being of service!  Give something of value!  I trust I’m being VERY clear about this point.

Third, there is absolutely an exchange.  The exchange that works best for me is to give my guest an opportunity to receive more of these gifts and other related resources.  I make this step incredibly easy for them, how?  I tend to use an automated system, that once it is setup, I can move on and focus my attention on continuing to improve my business.  My favorite tool for this is Easy1ShoppingCart.com.

Fourth, I make sure I deliver and over-deliver by giving them more than they expected.  Again, I use the same tool (Easy1ShoppingCart.com) to help me automate this part of the process. Then, and only then do I move onto step five.

Step five is where I deliver ongoing support that is focused on what my guest originally wanted.  My goal here is to create loyalty and continue being of service.  As I do this, I can now begin to share other resources, such as products, or trainings that are related to their areas of interest.   Since they know of me and know that I am willing to go above and beyond what is promised, and have gained trust…it makes our relationship much stronger and this allows us to continue our business relationship in a way that they win and I win.

Thus, I encourage you to take these same five steps.  Use them to help you reach your next level of success while being of service to others.
