Thank You, my back is doing much better
Well, it is just over two weeks, and it became apparent that my back needed quite a bit of nurturing. In case you didn’t know, I threw out my back sleeping just over two weeks ago. I’m happy to tell you that I’m nearly at 100% today. I can still feel that my body is adjusting a bit from all the “holding on” of the tissues that took on most of the stress. But overall, I am happy to share with you that I’m feeling much better.
I am also taking this opportunity to thank all those who have sent their good thoughts, and supported me in any way that they could. I truly appreciate you and your loving support.
As I did before, I also want to share with you what I’ve done since to support my back since my last update.
Here is a quick list, in case you or anyone you know has a similar situation.
- Chiropractic - I’ve continued my chiropractic sessions and each time I feel a bit better.
- Therapeutic Massage - I have the good fortune of having access to many different massage therapists, and this time I even had the opportunity of receiving therapeutic massage work from one of my teachers and founder of Body Mind College (Dr. Barry Green). As expected, his work was great and supported my healing greatly. (Phone: 619-370-4050)
- Raindrop Therapy - I received a raindrop therapy session from the owner of The Tranquility Center, Alexi Dankeith H.H.P. ( 858-435-0817) This powerful use of therapeutic grade essential oils was both nurturing and powerfully healing. The wonderful thing about this process is that it can be done by anyone, you can get all that you need directly form Young Living Essential Oils. Or if you wish to learn how to use Rain Drop technique for free visit www.lindahenning.com and see when her next class takes place.
- And of course, I continued all my other support I shared with you in my last update “I threw out my back sleeping”
I trust that these tools will help you and/or anyone else you know with a similar condition. Thanks for your support.
