I trust you’ve heard of Dr. Oz, he’s Oprah’s personal doctor and has been on many of her shows.  One of his successes has included helping Oprah wiht her weight loss and fat burning programs that helped her lose well over 200 pounds.  So, I’d say his information has produced results.  However, many have taken his information and shared it out of context.  There have been claims of silver bullet pills that and they’ve attempted to attach it to his name.  Thus, my intent is to share with you some resources that will support you in your weight loss and fat burning goals.

First, I’ll refer you to Dr. Oz healthy tips that share some foundational tips that everyone can and should be doing to support their health and wellbeinig.  Next, one subtle but powerful tool that has been shared by Dr. Oz and many other health professionals that have had great success in helping other attain optimal health, is mindset.  Namely, having a strong enough “WHY” (or reason) to want to let go of excess weight.  Truly, without this kind of determination, the results are mediocre at best.  Therefore, making the decision to truly make a change in lifestyle is the first and in my opinion the foremost important action to take (and that’s free!).

Then come all the tools, resources and supplements to support your success.  For example, finding simple steps you can integrate into your lifestyle.  For example:

For me, berries have always been a favorite food to support my energy levels, and anti-oxidant functions.  However, there are berries such as acai berry that has been associated to weight loss.
