Fibromyalgia Treatment, is there a good one?

fibromyalgia pain 300x269 Fibromyalgia Treatment, is there a good one?I trust that if you are reading this it is because you are looking for fibromyalgia treatments and/or to educate yourself on what is out there to help eliminate the pain and discomforts of fibromyalgia symptoms. There are many suggested fibromyalgia treatments out there, anywhere from e-books (such as The Fibromyalgia-Reversing Breakthrough), and even some basic books such as “Fibromyalgia for Dummies” and “Living Well with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia “. So, I will not focus my attention on those particular resources.

I will primarily focus on providing you with additional resources to support your education about fibromyalgia, and potential resources to help you get to the root cause. Remember, all I share with you is intended as educational material, and not intended to treat or diagnose any condition. Please act responsibly and check with your doctor to determine the best course of action for you.

Since there are different fibromyalgia symptoms and types, you’ll need to get more clarity on which of the following resources may be the most appropriate for you to consider. The information below is intended to share various options that would help the body reduce and possibly eliminate the pain and discomfort caused by fibromyalgia.

I will share the resources in bulleted sections for ease of reading:

Physical Therapy and exercises:

  • Exercise – If at all possible, allowing the body to exercise at a level that is appropriate can be helpful. Even something simple such as stretching and walking can help.
  • Massage can be very useful for reducing pain and discomfort. It would be preferable to work with someone that has had experience with fibromyalgia.
  • Tai Chi or Yoga – These time tested practices have profound benefits, and again may reduce/eliminate pain.
  • Physical therapy is often recommended to help ease fibromyalgia pain and teach self-management skills.

Fibromyalgia Supporting Foods and Nutrition

  • Ideally eliminating sugars, refined flour, and processed foods as much as possible.
  • Replacing those foods with “live” foods, meaning leafy greens, fruits, vegetables, and foods that have not been processed.
  • Make to include foods that support the digestive system, especially for eliminating. If the body can not eliminate toxins, then it becomes increasingly difficult to heal.(If you need a natural laxitive, you may slowly introduce Cascara Sagrada or Bowel Detox)
  • Some claim that reducing/eliminating meat and milk helped tremendously.
  • Drink lots of clear water daily.

Fibromyalgia Herbal Remedies

(I’m putting them in my order of preferrence, I’ve also bolded the primary supplements if I had to choose only a few.)

Here are a few additional authority sites that I thought would be of use to you:

I trust these resources will support you in your journey towards healing your body from fibromyalgia, and helps you live a healthier and happier life.
